Deep breathing is another effective way to relieve stress and anxiety. It helps you with physical symptoms such as shallow breathing and rapid heart rate, and it also helps with controlling your thoughts. When you practice deep breathing, you're forced to take your thoughts off of whatever is causing you anxiety and to focus on the breathing technique that you are using.

Please take an appointment with a psychiatrist. Let him/her assess you and come to a conclusion about the diagnosis and plan the management accordingly.
Please do not worry about taking medicines, if anxiety and panic is severe you will require it and you will get quick relief. Relaxation exercises and behaviour therapy will also be helpful.

Stop and think. When your thoughts start spinning out of control, simply tell yourself to stop. Organize your thoughts and decide what you need to do to get yourself calm again.
Think positively. Push negative thoughts out of your mind, and remind yourself that you are in control. Think about times when you've been able to manage situations successfully and red...more

As such you can not withdraw a medicine without your illness is in complete remission. Feeling better is not a marker for abruptly stopping a medicine. You need to discuss with your psychiatrist about your diagnosis, how long a medication should be taken & out of the two medications, which one can be gradually stopped. It's my opinion that usually if you can tolerate dosage reduction of paxidep without any difficulty, you can soon stop nexito also with help & supervision of your treating psychia...more
