Are you constipated.
For heart burn you should follow this-- (this will also help you in fatty liver)
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). 1.restricted -onion ,garlic, pulses,milk and milk products, bakery,processed and packaged food, oil.
2.eat plenty of fruits, salad and vegetables, coconut water and lemon water
3.cook food in little bit in ghee
4.keep hydration 5.do yoga and nadi shodhan daily
6.take bath with luke warm water before sleep
7.take -unicity chlorophyll, unicity calcium magnesium, wompro,nutricharge women.
