Important is what you eat and when. Only what you eat is not important, timings are as well important

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Do not look for short cuts or quick fix methods to weight loss .Lose weight with a wholesome diet and exercise. Focus on high protein, low fat intake and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Avoid simple sugars completely. Don't skip breakfast. Skipping breakfast won't help you lose weight. Eat regular meals. Eating at regular times during the day helps burn calories at a faster rate. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.
