Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out.
Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. There is no spot reduction. Wherever there is fat the body will reduce it on following a strict diet and exercise.
To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat:
1. Exercise at least 5 times per week
2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues
