Dear lybrateuser, -to reduce fat from your chest you have to loose some weight as well as do chest exercises -reduce intake of fried, processed & junk food, have 2-3 different type of fruits, 3-4 erving of vegetables, include more of green leafy ones, have wholegrains-wholewheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, corn, restrict intake of dairy products & non veg foods, have a handful of nuts which contain healthy fats -reduce daily intake of cooking oil to 1 teaspoonful -have more of fibre containing foods, drink 8-10 glasses of water so that you don't feel hungry, snack on fruits & vegetable salad -do pushups & pullups in addition to running, jogging, swimming for 30-40 min as these will reduce the fat & strengthen your chest muscles, start slowly & then increase time & intensity of the exercises, can lift mild weights to reduce chest fats & build muscles.
