Hi Lybrate User, To reduce fat from anywhere in the body, you need to do active cardio based exercises like running, jogging, treadmill, swimming, games etc for at least one hour daily + reduce fried foods and sweets things. Just doing pushups is not sufficient. Steam on the body does not reduce any fat. There is no possibility of any spot reduction on the body. Change your food habits + indulge in active exercises, that will solve your problem.

You need to do a little exercise to tone your body.
Avoid crashing your diet or avoiding food groups to reduce weight.
Your body needs good nutrients whoch slso include healthy fats. Cutting them out of the diet will only further fat accumulation.
