lybrate-user, increasing a certain paramenter in blood picture is not a solution to your problem you need to take treatment to cure the cause that is causing lowered Hb level however for now you can take iron and folate / folic acid rich diets.

See your haemoglobin count is too low you need to increase it. Not reduce. So get your iron studies test done.
