recommended fresh green leafy vegetables.
Apple, anwar, tomatoes in fruits
good quality dry fruits like khajoor, kishmish, anjeer,
fresh non veg, meat etc.

All fruits provide good amount of fibre and vitamins. Vegetables also specially green leafy vegetables which provides folic acis which helps in correcting anaemia and fibre. Typhoid fever is an acute illness associated with fever caused by the Salmonella typhi bacteria.
Typhoid fever is contracted by the ingestion of contaminated food or water.
Have iron and vit b12 rich food.
Eat healthy diet.
If significant anaemia,u might need suppliments depending on the type of anaemia.

Hi- I advice you consume more greens, green leafy vegetables all mainly spinach, carrot, beet roots, tomatoes, cabbages, avocado, stems all vegetables, mostly gourd all like bottle gourds, bitter gourds, & some colour ful vegetables, dairy all foods like milk 300ml, chana 50, curd 50-100 gm, yogurt 50gm, paneer, cheese are very helpful to enrich iron, if you are non vegetarian then you can have 100 gm fish/ 2 eggs/ 1 pc chicken any daily basis. No stress, restful but normal daily work can go.
