Have more of raw fruits and vegetables specially iron rich fruits like beetroot, pomegranate, watermelon, colocassia leaves. For hemoglobin you can also have honey and jaggery.

Hello, Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily.
Take Ferrum met 3x, 2 tabs twice daily.
Eat green leafy vegetables , carrots and beetroot and dry fruits.
