Tips to lose weight  faster:
1. Eat a high-protein breakfast.
2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 
3. Drink water a half hour before meals.
4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits)
5. Eat soluble fiber.
6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. 
7. Eat your food slowly.
8. Sleep 7-8 hours

For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread......
Drink lots of water.........
Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat.......
If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........
Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily.........

The best way to reduce belly fat is by exercising at least for 1 hour everyday. Include ab exercise. Proper meals should be consumed at proper time. You want to get rid of your belly and waist fat. I advise you to do physical exercises of 30 to 45 minutes daily to tone up body and do lower abdomen exercise daily and take more proteins and less fats and no carbohydrates. Follow this and be happy.
