Diet plan Drink 1 litter of warm water with 1/3rd tea spoon mineral salt before fresh Before Breakfast Option no. 1 – Take any three vegetables and any one fruit cut into small pieces. Add two tea spoon malli or olive oil.

A) Take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 20 ml of honey along with water early in the morning on empty stomach…. B) eat 1 TSF of AJOVA SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals…. C) do regularly VAJRASANA, SINHASAN and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. THANKS.

You should go for a brisk walk in the morning. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals.. To reduce tummy, lie down on the flat surface raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3- 5 times.
