Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, bread, rice, potato. And black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken soya.
Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Increase water intake to 3 liters of water
avoid junk foods like bhajiyas samosas burgers pizzas, oily and fried foods. Pepsi colas faloodas icecreams chocolates and sweets shld be avoided.
Cook your food in lesser oil. Reduce the qty of roti rice bread poha upm ghee in diet. Do not eliminate them, just reduce them and you will see a good difference.
