hello
in order to reduce thigh and hips, u need to do stretching exercises, planks, squats and yoga aasans along with brisk walking.
avoid fried foods, sweets and carbonated beverages.
include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like cabbage, onion, carrots, cucumbers, kakri; fruits like watermelon, guava, papaya.
drink plenty of water.

Apply warm compresses and soak the boil in warm water. This will decrease the pain and help draw the pus to the surface. Once the boil comes to a head, it will burst with repeated soakings.
