Dear lybrate-user cavities if corrected in early stages can save lot of time and money for you. So find a dentist and correct it. Bleeding is never comed from teeth it comes always from gums so you probably need a good cleaning and polishing of your teeth at dental office. That ideally should reduce your yellowness too.

Any toothpaste is ok. Just brush twice daily and floss every night. Flossing is very good because usually cavities start in-between teeth where brush doesn't reach. Get dental check up every year.

Scaling will help in this regard. Plaque or tarter get deposited between the gum and tooth and cause inflammation and bleeding.
Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash for 15 days. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and rinse your mouth after eating anything.

The cavities cannot be stopped or cured by any medicine or toothpaste. I would suggest you to consult a dentist at the earliest and get your cavities filled before it's too late.
You can use a fluoride containing toothpaste to prevent caries but it is not a substitute for filling or restoration.
