plz take a pain killer and then consult a dentist. pain killer is only going to give you temporary relief. dentist will find out the cause of the pain and help you to get rid of it.

Hi, paste and th brush you are using is correct but you need to get cleaning done by a dentist first and than continue th same paste.

No need to take vaccination at all. Of course there is no harm if you still like to take vaccination.
