Tips to lose weight faster:
1. Eat a high-protein breakfast.
2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
3. Drink water a half hour before meals.
4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits)
5. Eat soluble fiber.
6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.
7. Eat your food slowly.
8. Sleep 7-8 hours

Hi. If you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time,
1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day,
2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals,
3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal,
4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods,

Everyone has different body so same treatment or same food may have different result in different people but persistence effort definitely give good results sooner or later-like slow and steady wins the race -

It's not recommend to use a multivitamin tablet daily for few months or years or long term because this can lead to hypervitaminosis and is as serious as vitamin deficiency. So if you take a multivitamin tablet take it daily for a week or 15 days and give gap of a week n start again. Or you can take two three tablets per week. Tablet supradyne us good and also cheap. Take this tablet afternoon after food. One tablet per day. Take it two r three days per week n not daily.

2) Use bone stock/broth in your cooking.
3) Remove gluten and dairy casein from your diet.

hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar, vit. D urine r/e. X ray of the affected part.
Anyway you may try,
sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it.
Use no pillow under the head.
Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10
paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises
make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take
do not ignore it.
It may have to be further investigated.
