Focus on training larger muscle groups involving back and glutes instead of biceps. If you are training arms, opt for triceps, since 2/3rd of your arms are triceps. Eat 3 large meals in a day instead of snacking. Increase ghee and dairy consumption.
Avoid packed food such as bread, maggi, pasta etc.
Sleep minimum 8 hours.

Dietary advice: banana, full cream dairy, ghee, if non veg - add chicken, fish. Regularly eat potato, drink mosambi juice.
Avoid packed food, avoid salads, onions, garlic, apples etc.
Take himalaya bael once daily, it will strengthen your intestines.

Post pregnancy weight loss is completely different than normal weight loss. Specially when you are a lactating mother. You need to under the requirement of your body. As this time if you eat less that will not help you. You need to eat balance and healthy, that will lead to healthy fat reduction along with muscles strengthening. Medicines are not healthy for post pregnancy fat reduction. This weight is due to baby fat that can be reduced easily with minor routine change.
