A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts.

There are no side effects but there are no positive effects of such 'magical' weight loss products.
It is just a myth that you can take any Medicine/shake which can give you quick /permanent weight loss.
In long run you will get back to your old weight because you can't survive on milk shakes for life.
Weight loss needs change in food habits and lifestyle. There is no shortcut.
