Use Warm water for drinking,
Take dinner in half quantity of lunch...
walk for 45 minutes in the morning,
do regular exercise,cycling,jogging,running,dancing,rope skipping etc.
do yoga ,pranayam daily,
avoid foods kept in friedge,
avoid sleeping immediately after taking food,
avoid oily,spicy ,fast,bakery foods,
avoid excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,
avoid overeating,

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

obaesity ,being common ,now a days due to irregular life style.
⁃ can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking ,meal, judiciously.
• Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body.
* Tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
