2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes
3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day

Walk about 3-5 kms daily.
There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep.
Small and frequent meals is of help.
Keep your blood sugar controlled.
