How can I keep my stomach healthy or cool? Except eating medicine is there any home remedy?

Take overnight soaked jeera water in empty, take 300-400 ml of water daily in empty stomach, take lemon and honey in empty stomach also, avoid spicy food, take food having high fibre, take more fruits and green veggies, take food in every 3-4 hrs interval, don't let your stomach empty for long, this will help, avoid junk food as much as you can.
