Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do regular exercise, yoga,pranayam.
Avoid- chilled water,cold drink, foods kept in fridge,oily,spicy,outside food,water, avoid late night works, travelling ,overexertion during menstruation.

lybrate-user menses is a normal physiological condition in every women and it has several phases of which bleeding phase lasts for 4-5 days normally starting with spotting to full flow with or without little crams and these passes of its own without any need of medicine. So nothing to panic about take care of your diet and have healthy discussion about sex education. If any problem occurs for more than 3 episodes of menses then medication is required.

Welcome to lybrate. I understand your problem. Its a common problem faces by nearly 80-85% women. Its known as premenstrual syndrome. There are medicines to help this problem but I would not suggest you take treatment if you do not have much problem. Only if it hampers your daily life you can opt for medical treatment. to make your periods regular follow these instructions:
* do jogging daily for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also do skipping for 5 minutes daily. * eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits.
* do long breathing pranayams daily for 5 minutes. This will maintain your hormonal level and make yourself destress.
* take proper sleep of 7 hrs daily.
