Use warm water for drinking,take healthy ,warm food,fresh fruits,dry fruits,take proper rest,sound sleep,do regular exercise, yoga,pranayam.

Welcome to lybrate. I understand your problem. Its a common problem faces by nearly 80-85% women. Its known as premenstrual syndrome. There are medicines to help this problem but I would not suggest you take treatment if you do not have much problem. Only if it hampers your daily life you can opt for medical treatment.
