I am a 45 years old male, frm bangalore. I have the symptoms of rhinitis, sinusitis since 25 years now. Wheezing during rainy seasons. Have tried ayurveda, homeopathy also. Rhinitis is under control. But chronic nose block is persisting. After a ct scan, its diagnosed dns and turbinate hypertrophy (enlarged turbinates). Anu tail, shadbindu tail, kshara tail has not worked to clear the nose block. Any remedy to clear the nose block will be helpful. Usually any one side of the nose is always blocked. Hoping to see some light.
