Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy -
*take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal.

2. Eat fiber rich food like green leafy vegetable & fruits.

For constipation take more fiber diet, green leafy vegetables, soups, salads, fruits, cereals, plenty of water &fluids,
take 30 ml of castoroil in tea or with plain water,

Hi,
Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation:
- Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food.
- Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday.
- Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning.

Eat high fibre diet like green leafy vegetables and fruits. Do not eat junk fast food like burger, pizza and foods involving breads. These foods increase flatulence and lead to sluggish bowels. Drink lot of water (7, 8 glasses of water every day). Take 2 large meals (lunch and dinner) and 3, 4 small meals in between (including breakfast). If you increase your diet intake, your constipation would be definitely be cured.
