Have adequate amount of water daily around 1.5 to 2 litrs of water.
Increase fibrous content of your diet such as pumpkin, carrots, leafy vegetables etc. Fruits such as banana, fruit juices, and have adequate sleep of 6 to 8 hrs. Avoid spicy and heavy diets, have some brisk physical activity.

your water intake should be 2.5-3 L/day. You take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Every day at night take milk. If possible sabu Dana with milk. Take Guava daily and ladies finger.

Hello my name is jay for 2 days I have having some stomach issue I started a job today after evening my body temperature feeling that is heating it quiet get heated especially on the back side back lower side also sometimes I feel head spinning my body is spinning kind of that feeling but this is very rare. I got today evening I feel something in my colon I thought that its motion when I was into it I didn't came out and my body my head started to spin and It was like my body was heating and I was like is heating getting that kind of feeling I usually have oatmeal apple and banana in breakfast and lunch and dinner everyday I have buttermilk. I don't know what to do is this kind of of constipation or not I don't want to do Colonoscopy because it will charge very high and I don't know it will go please suggest some home remedies for this issue and it is happening because after coming from job my my body gets heat up bcoz I guess it is because the stool that remains in my colon and I don't know what it is so please do help on this.

Do not worry. It can be very minor problem. You can adopt a very healthy life styles which includes: 1) exercising every day (start with 30 mins of walking or simple yoga exercise and slowly increase the duration of exercise to 1 hrs daily. ). 2) eat right food and maintain the timings. Have more of fruits and vegetables daily. 3) have proper rest (sleep 6-8 hrs ).

1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, multi grain chapatti, oats.
