1. Take 10-15 basil leaves
2. Take 10-15 margosa leaves
3. Mix them and crush to a paste
4. Add to 1 glass of water
5. Mix well
6. Drink on an empty stomach once everyday

Take medicines on time and follow a few remedies to reduce cholesterol naturally:
add two teaspoons of coriander seed powder to one cup of water. Boil the mixture and then strain it. Drink this once or twice a day. You can add milk, sugar, and cardamom to it and use it as an alternative for your regular tea.
Boil few leaves of mint with water. Add some honey and pepper powder. Drink lukewarm 2-3 times a day.
Do warm daily and stop eating ghee, oily and spicy food.

High cholesterol may be due to Many reasons like Food quality,Quantity,Sedentary life,any other medications,Other complaints if u are suffering from,Mental stress&some times hereditary.

Hi .. Looks like he is just a little away from normal ...it shall get better once he regularly does physical routines and follows diet restrictions
Reduce foods like curd banana non- veg sprouts and refrigerated foods and drinks
Instead try having good amounts of Amla barley oats buttermilk garlic and warm water always when drinking
