You have not mentioned your LDL, HDL and triglyceride level. But for sure you can start with daily brisk walking, quit smoking, if you smoke, decrease fat and junk food in your diet, eat more fruits, vegetables, sprouts etc. For detailed diet counselling consult a dietician. Repeat your lipid profile tests after 1 month, if they are still high, meet a cardiologist near you.
