Please start sleeping on a hard plinth/bed with a matress over it. Concentrate on spinal mobility and strengthing exercises of back muscles. Apply pirox gel locally.

Your weight 61 kg is normal. If your backache is not severe then you should do back bending extension exercises regularly. Use a comparatively tough mattress instead of thick spongy or springy ones. Do not bend forwards and avoid lifting heavy objects. You need to understand the concept of weight loss.
It requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise for 5 days a week.
Don't skip breakfast.
Sleep for 7-9 hours per night.
Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods.
