Hi,
The following are some home remedies:
- Drink a glass of pumpkin juice everyday in the morning on empty stomach.
- Take 1tsf of jeera powder mixed with jaggery twice daily.
- Drink kheer prepared out of saboo or poppy seeds which keeps the stomach cool. – Take a bowl of curds mixed with sugar or a glass of lassi everyday which helps to neutralise the acid.

Have cold milk at regular intervals because milk is a very good antacid, have balanced leafy vegetables and cereals. Lots of water by mouth have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Avoid red meat instead have lean meat like chicken salad and fish etc it will be ok.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines
1. Carbo Veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days.
2.Robinia 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 7 days and revert.
Keep a gap of 15-20 minutes in both the medicines.

Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly.
Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time.
Wear loose-fitting clothes.
Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food.
If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods, junk foods, oily meal, drink plenty of water. Take digestive meal. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.
Tests for constipation. Stool c/s, examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An x-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography).
