I am 21 years old, I was suffering from heart disease in 15 years old due to which my heart valve replace by procedure, * DVR (A# 19 SJM, M# 25 SJM with PML presentation) with LAA ligation with blood transfusion was performed on 18/09/2012. Post op. Echo: MV max. PG 10mmHg, mean 4mmHg, MVA 2.6 cm square, no paravalvular leakage. AV max. PG 16mmHg, mean 7 mmHg, no paravalvular leakage. Mild to moderate TR with mild PAH. Doctor advised to me take acitrom 2 mg daily and pt/inr everything month for whole life. But till now sometime I am suffering from shortness of breath and I consult every month to doctor they told it's not heart problem it's physiological problem. So please suggest me what will I do and please tell me the age of this vuelve and diet chart also. Can I spend my married life happily and sexual life.

few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout’s can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water
