For this one should take a diet rich in carbohydrates. Besides this giloy (Tinospora cordifolia, green leafy vegetables (Reddish leaves juice), turmeric, yellow colored fruits and vegetables, cow's urine are helpful. Spices, oily and fried food items (preserved stuffs too) should be avoided.
It would take more than 3-4 months to recover with healthy diet and lifestyle.
