Dear user, yes you can take becosules and zincovit. Cannot comment on the other two as they are ayurvedic. Your family can also take this. In addition to this vit c can also be taken. Once a day is enough. Twice a day is not necessary. Good luck. Azee 500 one per day for three to five days
zincovit one at night for three weeks.

Dear user, you do not require any tablets. Eat healthy and have lots of fruits and vegetables. Eat more citrus fruits. More importantly stay home unless there is an emergency. For whole life?
Donot go out make a glass chembur with aspartic precautions. Sir it's not possible in a live person. Yet use of spices limited amount are best honey, tulsi, giger, clove all r best immunity provider.
Seasonal fruits, green vegetable, salad buttermilk curd use are best. Watermelon is available now use that all minral are present very good for body.
