We are physiotherapist if you want I can give you suggestions for pain relief relevant to physiotherapy. Ice. Use an ice pack or cold compress on your foot for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. This is especially beneficial at the end of a long day or when you’ve spent a lot of time on your feet. Or, roll a frozen water bottle under your foot. This method incorporates a bit of massage, relieving tightness in the bottom of your foot.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
A pulled muscle arch, muscular imbalances and overuse can all cause discomfort in the heel. Even something as simple as wearing running shoes that do not match your pronation type can lead to heel pain. That's why you must take the time to find a running shoe that provides the level of support you need.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
