The natural solution to reduce the amount of extra heat from our body is only drinking water, eating fruits and check your thyroid status. If all these are normal, the feeling of heat in unreal or anxiety and the feeling of body heat is always misleading and false idea spread by people.

Dear Lybrate User,
- the most important thing is to avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long & to be sufficiently hydrated
- avoid moving in the su after 10-10.30 am till evening
- carry a water bottle & keep sipping water throughout the day, also have fresh fruit juice /coconut water, avoid more than a cup of tea, coffee per day as it can lead to fluid loss
- wear loose, light coloured cotton clothes to reduce sweating
- try to be under fan to cool the body by sweat evapor...more

1. Don't overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
