No you should not take water during meals if you fill spacy you take sip of water. Take water after meals one hour
if take too much water during meals all digestive juices will be diluted your digestion will be poor.

Soft drinks contain very high amounts of sugar which increases weight, phosphoric acid & caffeine which cause osteoporosis, pesticides which are very harmful for health. You can instead have coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, milk, fresh fruit juice. Exercise daily for an hour. Include some sports in your daily routine. Increase your physical activity level.
