The fasting and PP blood glucose levels mentioned are very high, suggesting present treatment is inadequate. Ideally FBG should be < 100 mg, PP should be around 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8.

Yes, you have to make up your mind to stay committed to health and follow a healthy and balanced lifestyle. You can talk to your doctor as the HbA1c is higher that the normal limits while the fasting and PP are not so. It is not clear whether you are already taking any medicines. You can also read about the topic (diabetes and interpretation of the reports and it's management) from the internet and empower yourself with knowledge, which will guide you to take proper precautions.
