This is too high. You do your blood sugar fasting n pp also. You need to start medicines asap. In addition follow diabetes diet which simply means eating the healthiest foods in moderate amounts and sticking to regular mealtimes. A diabetes diet is a healthy-eating plan that's naturally rich in nutrients and low in fat and calories. Key elements are fruits, vegetables and whole grains. you can take (moderate amount)

The normal hba1c range is below 6.0% for the average adult, and 6.5% or less for those with diabetes. Some argue the normal range should be slightly higher for diabetics. This means their average blood sugar is between 70 and 126 mg/dl.
The reports indicate you have prediabetes and the chance to develop into full-fledged diabetes.

Hello Sir,
Your blood glucose levels are borderline high. With appropriate medication and proper diet and exercise I am fairly certain that the glucose would come down to normal range.
Reducing your weight will help you a lot too to reduce your blood glucose levels. The diet that will help you both with weight loss and blood glucose control is as follows: - eat plenty of vegetables either as salads or in curry form (made with less oil or fat). Avoid potatoes, colocasia, yam etc. Limit yo...more
