Most of the brands of green tea available in the market are ok. Some brands are lemon flavoured, ginger flavoured, that will add taste to the tea.

Wash and chop the tulsi leaves roughly, add the tulsi leaves and the green tea bag in a cup. Pour warm water into the cup, cover it with a saucer and let it steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the saucer, take out the tea bag, add the honey, mix well and enjoy it warm or cold. Use lipton green tea.

Green tea has antioxidants which are good for health in general. Similar antioxidants are present in most of the vegetables and fruits.

However Anti-oxidants do not reduce any weight.

There is no scientific evidence to show that Green Tea or Green Coffee can reduce any weight.

There is no medicine or mix or herbs that can burn body fat.

Green tea is an anti oxidant and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

green tea has antioxidants you need to understand it does not lead to any kind of weight loss.
it might help you to fasten your metabolism and as you said you are already thin
you can take it one time in the evening or at night
drinking tea empty may cause some gastric issues.
