One has to find 30-60 minutes for workout everyday.

Green Coffee/ Tea / Honey -Lemon /Aloe Vera etc. These are all just general health tonics. But have no effect on weight. There is no system in the body by which any of such medicines/concoctions can travel inside the body and burn fat Body fat is accumulation of excess food a person has consumed. Green tea / coffee / or any of such drinks promise weight loss, but in reality their impact is virtually zero. It just leads to wastage of money and frustration. The root cause of weight gain is excessive eating. Unless the root cause is changed, your weight will not change. You need to focus on food habits and exercise. That is the only way to good health and fitness.
