antipsychotic is the drug which regulates your thinking, perception and mood. also it may be used for various other reasons. The generation of antipsychotics just determines its time of invention of molecule - both of these are efficacious and good medicines.

Ketamine helps in depressive disorder or depressive phase of bipolar mood disorder. It doesn't help in mania, hypomania or mixed phase of bipolar disorder.
Your condition needs to be assessed first, to come to conclusion if ketamine infusions are going to help you or not!
