You can apply steri strips on the wound to cover up the scar and enhance healing. There is hardly anything to heal after stitches are removed, for your information/knowledge.

Hi-
-every parts of your body have particular time for suture removal. So should not remove the sutures before the particular due days.
-after suture removal of wound is healed you can apply drez s ointment to prevent infection. If the wound is not healed properly and have some sloughes you need to apply the ointment with closed dressing until the wound healed.

If you got virginal stitches is it normal to have a knob down there after two months, you shouldn't feel any discomfort. If you do, give your doctor a call.
