Hello, you should take proper rest. You must do a walk after having meals.
Eat frequent small meals.
Take at least 2 glasses of milk daily.
Drink water at short intervals.
If not necessary then avoid long travel.
Follow your doctor's all suggestions.

Mr. Lybrate-user, fruits which are very sweet or excess in sugar are mango, grapes, banana and chikkoos. Rest of the the fruits are good but only 100 g a day, that too when blood sugar is - fasting around 100 mg and pp 160 mg or so. Thanks.

Hi , here's some wonderful news for you. As a diabetic, all fruits can be had. Yes, you read that right! as long as these are fresh fruits, there is no trouble. While fruits do have sugar, they have a natural sugar called fructose which does not elevate your blood sugar the way processed sugar (one found in cookies, biscuits, cereals, juices etc.) would.
