Thanks for your query yes, you can eat all fruits but in limited quantities only. You cannot eat a large quantity at once. You can split it into small portion s and eat it at 4 hour intervals.

Dear lybrate user all types of fruits can be recomended but in limited quantity. He can take fruits which containing sugar not more than 200gm.
