The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (This can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person.)The ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped.
If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) may be advised.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin or a short frenulum. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. It's not necessarily frenulum breve. In frenulum breve the length of frenulum is extremely short and creates lot of tensiin when foreskin is retracted. If you are able to retract your foreskin without pain or discomfort, then you don't need any surgery. Most probably, you will be able to enjoy normal sex. Surgery isnot painful and is done under lical anaesthesia. You onlyfeelthe painof the needle prick. Healing occurs in 7 to 10 days. I hope you got your answer. Good luck.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. It occurs as a result of over masturbation. An acute case of phimosis may create problems for the person when he would want to pass urine or to perform sex, as this action may either be restricted or become troublesome. This is when phimosis becomes a medical emergency. It has been linked with an increased risk of infection, loss of sexual stimulation of the penis and even penis cancer.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
If the chalazion doesn't go away, you should seek help from an eye specialist. The chalazion may need to have the fluid drained through a small incision. You may also need an injection of steroids to reduce swelling and inflammation.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

The anterior cruciate ligament is one of the most delicate yet vital ligaments that holds the knee bones in place and stabilizes the movement. Injury to the ligament, on account of a sprain, can prove to be a cause of severe distress.
