please clarify whether she has diabetes, or hypertension or any other diseases for which she is taking any treatment. Usually at this age, this type of forgetfulness is not there. To me it may be due to ativan and anxiety state. It will be better if you provide more details about the patient. Also tell if there is any history of head injury. For the time being stop ativan tab. You can start tab strocit plus once daily.

Hi mohan, it is very difficult to forget someone if you are trying to forget him consciously. You should focus on your present works, like study, playing, excercise don't worry about past or future ,then after few months you will see you are forgetting your crush and you will grow as a better person.
