have a healthy diet and include a good exercise regimen. Exercise helps us to have a better memory. Also, get enough sleep and stop worrying about forgetting. The more you tell yourself that you forget, the more you will be scared and you will forget more. Mindfulness exercises can also help.

Hello, first you need to relax. I don't think you have any health problem as there are no other symptoms it may be due your stress. So try to remove your stressor if there is anything like that. For your headache you can take a tablet dart for one day or two days.

Citrus fruits.
Buttermilk curd to add. Seasonal fruits, salad big bowl before lunch n dinner.
Its take time to resume.
One month you can continue if you feel better.

Hi lybrate-user. For good memory good sleep and peace is required. As you r an engineer, you don't have proper sleep and might have excess work pressure. Which will make you feel brain fag, weakness, lethargic. If such things r going on, you can not have good memory for little things of daily life. Make sure your sleeping for atleast 6 hours a day. That too a sound sleep. Do some breathing exercise, meditations, yoga, exercise. Follow some healthy diet. Thankyou.
