It's normal.
Don't worry.
Have a blessed diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking if you do.
Add antioxidants to your diet like tomatoes, nuts, green leafy vegetables, fruits.
Write the things you think is important.
If all these things not helping then you need to consult.

Do not worry first, every problem has a solution. At first try not to underestimate yourself and concentrate on all the positive qualities of yourself. Remember all your achievements till date either it be a smallest one or the biggest one. Focus on them and motivate yourself.
Exercise like walking, running, cycling etc
medication surely helps but treating these things with natural ways is much better and effective for a longer duration.
