Get a complete blood count test done. Also get your blood sugar and bp checked. Meanwhile try to do life style modification.
Take balanced diet with good amount of green leafy vegetables. Take one seasonal fruit daily. Avoid high calorie food items like potato, pizza burger, ghee and butter. Try to be physically active (like brisk walking for thirty minutes daily).

If its a stay on lotion, you can apply overnight. If its a shampoo, apply before bath, keep for 10 mins then wash off.

U may use normal saline nasal drop) spray.
And also alkaline nasal wash (in one liter water add one small spoon salt and khane ka soda. Then ise garm karna he/ ubalna he aur uske baad thanda karna gai same as body temp. Than 20 ml syringe (without needle) se nose ko wash karna hai. Isse aapko aram mil jayega.
