Hi, triglyceride is high as it should be below 150. Restrict sugar, potato, white rice, butter, fried items and bakery foods. Vitamin d too is deficit for which you need to start medical supplements given by your doctor. Sunbath of 15-20 mins daily in strong sun will help too besides cow's milk and products. Have small frequent meals and take a well balanced diet, exercise for 30-40 minutes daily.

So it is important to have well balanced meals at different timings of the day as per our routine. And add fiber to each meal.
